IMPORTANT CHECKLIST BEFORE YOUR SESSION:

  1. Have you completed the mandatory form above?
  2. Have you prebooked your session via the contact details above?
  3. Have you received your MS Teams link for the session?
  4. Have a water bottle and gym towel on hand during your session.
  5. Ensure no obstacles are in your way and the surface you are on is safe (non-slip and even surfaces). Remove any hazards before the session starts e.g. cables, unsecured mats, coffee table and furniture; to avoid injury.
  6. Be mindful of small children and house pets, if possible avoid having them in your exercise space to avoid distraction and potential injury.
  7. Use an iPad or larger screen device to view the session and exercises clearly.
  8. Please test your internet connection, MS Teams video and sound one hour before the session commences, to enable time to troubleshoot and attend your session on time.
  9. It is imperative your camera is on for the duration of the session, allowing the coach to check your exercise form to ensure a safe and effective workout. Any participants who turns off their camera during the session, will be removed. We appreciate your understanding.
