Designed for beginner fitness levels however also offering progression options for the more seasoned. A mix of cardio and strength exercises in a circuit training format, using equipment and bodyweight to get your heart pumping and those muscles working! – Your own water bottle and gym towel is a must.
– If you have your own yoga/stretch mat please bring this with you too (we will have a couple spares available)
