Join Nikki from Body 4 Mind Connections for a beautiful walk along the WhiteSands Walking Track to help us get our Community moving as part of the AusActive Million Moves Challenge.
It’s all about completing 75 Moves per day for 21 days.
75 represents the 75% of Australian adults who do not do enough physical activity for basic health. 21 represents the fact that it takes 21 days of consistency to form a healthy habit.
This event is for all abilities & fitness levels (children are welcome), however the walk does take us onto a dirt track which is not suitable for prams or wheelchairs.
This is a wonderful opportunity to meet new people and have fun connecting with your body & mind through movement.
We will meet by the toilet block & children’s playground at Plantation Point.
