DESCRIPTION:Join us for an energised start to the day with a picturesque climb in the morning surrounded by like minded people.  Take a couple of photos for your memories\, bring the family and friends.  Dont forget a bottle of water and use the toilet before coming as there are no amenities.  There is a cafe on the way home which is a great alternative to refuelling the body before returning to your daily activities. \nMEET: Carpark next to the MT NGUN NGUN signage at least 10 mins prior to the climb as we will be leaving at 7:30am sharp.  This group will be led by the Personal Trainer if there are any concerns don’t forget to let her know on the day
